Alchemy of a Million Minds.
Through the course of my life, I have encountered several states of mind leading me on a journey of curious exploration and creative expression. Many minds later, I’ve come to realise the state of a single conscious existence. A state of no-mind. A state where no thought dominates, but every thought has its own space to exist. Beyond good or bad, right or wrong, gain or loss, fight or flight, order or chaos, empirical or creative, novice or expert, doubt or faith, belief or truth, is a space where the expansive mind manifests anew.
The greatest conferment to humankind is to think expansively.
The greatest thievery of humankind is to think exclusively.
Our sense of thinking is largely determined by the identities we bear for ourselves. The labels, qualifications, designations, status symbols, and individual personalities, have narrowed our mind’s processing capabilities and diminished our ability to think beyond ourselves. We are deeply influenced by others thoughts and opinions, yet unable to empathise with another. The measures of proficiency by IQ scores, gradings, rankings, and specialisations, are a stark reflection of the limitations we have imposed on our innate multi-potentialities. Being ambushed today with machine intelligence, it is no wonder that our cognitive senses are challenged with the posterity of humankind. There is a growing need now more than ever to think deeper, beyond, and reason for ourselves.
Our minds are born with unbound curiosity, imagination, and purity.
So must our lives be.
What we experience through our lives either nourishes or negates this essence. Through Aannd, I have broadly integrated this experience as a synthesis of knowledge, wonder, and self-discovery. A space where we learn a multitude of disciplines, liberate our imagination, and redefine ourselves endlessly. It is a reflection of learnings from my life and practices, aligned with the greater universal phenomenons.
Knowledge is resolution
Imagination is liberation
Wisdom is realisation
Of the two, as one.
Thinking with a million minds is an experience envisioned and architected to awaken our higher-mind. It embarks us on a transformational journey to think through the prism of multifarious minds, cohesively synthesising all the minds as one.
AANND Etymology
Aannd is an anagram of my name, Nanda. A reflection, as a personal symbol amplifying my quests as an echo. As a paronomasia of the conjunction ‘And’, it acts as a linguistic bridge fostering an additive philosophy for the limitless expansion of the mind. Playfully and meaningfully, as a semordnilap, it reveals the DNA of an unbound mind encoded within.
