COPYRIGHTS

The ownership of copyrights, trademarks, and licenses of all the creative compositions, editorial content, research insights, product frameworks, solutions, and experiences, including the research notes, product ideas, literary drafts, and preliminary sketches leading to the final work, belong exclusively and wholly to Nanda K. Venugopal, the founder and creator of Aannd.

The works of Aannd have been explicitly opted-out of standard AI data training Large Language Models. Use of any content to train AI datasets is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, the non-consensual ingestion of original creations, arts, books, articles, publications, research materials, and website content, accessed by individuals, organisations, or bot scrapping tools.

No content published by Aannd may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or means including mechanical, electronic, recording, or photocopying, or by any means of information storage or retrieval systems without the permission in writing from Nanda, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in a critical review or by providing links via social-share with full credit to the author. This does not apply for collaborators with shared rights of creative authorship as per the nature of any active contractual partnership.

There are no partnerships whether silent, verbal, or contractual with any individuals, investors, and institutions involving brokers, agents, middlemen, financial, political, religious, spiritual, or alternative activities. Collaborations if any, are conducted solely and directly with qualified and industry recognised professionals in their respective fields.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

All the works are genuine human created artefacts of Nanda. No project, research, artwork, or editorial content is conceptualised, created, or generated by methods of prompts using generative AI tools.

While use of softwares for mechanical utility, in-depth research, standardised regulatory formats, production ready features, and analytical computations may involve usage of automated tools inherently and inevitably embedded with AI, the core work and ingenuity is strictly human.

With the advancement of new-frontiers in machine intelligence, algorithmic computations, and technology interfaces with human interactions, Human-Machine synergy projects with advanced capabilities are explored using proprietary creations and research insights to create immersive experiences and learning solutions. The projects will be titled and described explicitly as such, and made available exclusively on Aannd platforms. The provenance and continuity of work will retain human leadership and authorship.

Any unauthorised use for training purposes of AI datasets or machine learning models constitutes a direct breach of these terms. In such instances, Aannd reserves the Right to Audit the origin of derivative outputs and will exercise the right to serve a Notice of Violation to the offending parties.

Web 3.0

None of the artworks are minted as NFTs for trade on any Web 3.0 platforms. Sales of originals, prints, or collectibles of individual artworks, book compilations, research insights, and creative experiences will be exclusively available through Aannd websites.
